CNC Machining
We have two CNC Vertical Milling Machines to produce your parts quickly and accurately. Have parts that would work if modified? We can do that too, including touching up paint so you can keep your manufacturing process up and running.
Turning
We have small lathes for making spacers, screws, pins etc.. We also have lathes that hold up to 18" in diameter 13' long for those shafts or rollers that need the ends turned for bearing fits.
Precision Grinding
We offer surface grinding up to 14" X 28" and cylindrical grinding up to 26" long holding a tolerance of .0005".
Thread Rolling
Need the strength of rolled threads rather than cut threads? We offer roll threading in standard and metric sizes up to 5/8"-11 and M16X2.
Milling
Parts too big to fit on the CNC, that's ok we have manual mills too. These allow us more flexibility when it comes to holding larger parts for machining.
Plating
Need your parts zinc plated when finished? We can get that done for you too.

Heat Treating
In order to get your parts done quickly we offer in house heat treating of parts with ovens up to 2250 degrees and a drawback oven to temper them properly. We are capable of heat treating parts up to 20" long.
Welding
We offer both TIG and MIG welding and brazing. We weld steel, iron, aluminum, stainless, and titanium.
Fabrication
Need a test fixture or a stand for your equipment? We have the means to make the parts and assemble them to your print. Just have the equipment and need the stand custom made to fit your use? No problem, we can do that too. Or maybe you have machinery that you need guards made to protect your workers. We can measure and make them to suit your needs.
Jobshop
Have a worn die you need repaired? We can do that. If it can be ground to get more wear out of your existing die we'll do that. If it's too far gone, we can make a new one. Need old bearings removed and new ones pressed in? We have a 150 ton hydraulic press.
Tool Design & Fixtures
Need special tooling? Tell us what you need is and we can make it gages, fixtures, custom tools. Have an idea and need a prototype made for testing? We can do that too.
